CBSE declares NEET results Gujarat boy tops

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results of much-awaited National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test — phases 1 and 2 today. The Supreme Court had earlier directed the Board to put the results online on or before August 17, 2016.

Het Shah of Nadiad, Gujarat topped the exams scoring 685 out of 720, followed by Ekansh Goyal with 685 from Rourkela, Odisha. The third spot was secured by Nikhil Bhajiya with a score of 678 marks.

The candidates can check the result on the official website – cbseresults.nic.in, aipmt.nic.in

Steps to check the NEET 2016 results
Log into the official website
Click on the link NEET result
A new page will open, enter your roll number and date of birth
Tthe result will be displayed
Check and take a print out of the result.
