OnePlus 3T will go on sale for Amazon prime members today between 2pm and 3pm IST. The sale is exclusive to Amazon Prime members, while the regular sale will be held on Wednesday, December 14. OnePlus 3T has been priced in India starting at Rs 29,999 and goes up to Rs 34,999 for the top end model.
OnePlus 3T, the mid-cycle upgrade to the OnePlus 3, will go on sale for Prime members today, before other customers. “Due to limited quantities, members will be able to avail this offer while stock lasts”, Amazon notes on its FAQ page. While the OnePlus 3T Prime Early Access sale is exclusive to Prime members, Amazon however clearly states that being a Prime member does not guarantee that a user will be able to buy the One Plus 3T.
The pricing for the OnePlus 3T is as follows:
64GB variant : Rs 29,999
128GB variant : Rs 34,999
The OnePlus 3T has been priced quite aggressively, at just a Rs 2,000 premium over its predecessor. The pricing of the 128GB variant is a bit steep, but might be worth it for those who store a lot of apps and media on their phones as the OnePlus 3T does not come with any expandable storage support.
Only the 64GB version will be available in Gun Metal and Soft Gold options. The 128GB OnePlus 3T will be available only in Gun Metal colour.
Features of One Plus 3T
There is a 16MP rear camera featuring a Sony IMX 298 sensor with Sapphire glass protection for the lens. The front camera has been improved from 8MP to 16MP.
On the battery front, the new model offers a bigger 3,400mAh battery and supports Dash Charge. The company claims one-day battery life from 30 minutes of charge. It also has a USB Type-C port along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is a dual SIM phone and doesn’t support microSD cards.
The device runs on Android Marshmallow-based Oxygen OS and is expected to receive the Android Nougat update soon.
OnePlus 3T comes with a QuadHD display, you’re in for a disappointment as the new handset still makes do with a 5.5-inch 1080p Optic Amoled display.
