A confident Indian cricket team, led by Virat Kohli , are chilling out in the Caribbean islands ahead of the West Indies Tests series against West Indies that starts from July 21 in Antigua.
Before their departure for the West Indies Test series, Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s short yet stirring speech had a simple message for his teammates: “It is important to have fun while you playing and if you back each other, success will follow you eventually”.
Dhoni’s pep talk came after the Indian cricketers enjoyed a 45-minute ‘drum bonding’ session alongside a bunch of musicians in Bangalore.
Kohli and his men have drawn their warm-up game against the West Indies Cricket Board President’s XI earlier this week and given West Indies’ deteriorating Test performances, Indian players are a confident lot and are enjoying their bonding sessions to the hilt.
