Total Divas star Paige gave sports fans in Puerto Rico a total surprise on Sunday night when she dropped down to one knee inside the wrestling ring and asked boyfriend Alberto Del Rio to marry her following his WWC match.

WWE Superstar, whose real name is Saraya-Jade Bevis, is dressed casually in jeans and a tank top as she catches her now-fiancé completely off-guard with the proposal. The Mexican-born pro wrestler then walks around the ring in shock while Paige waits for his answer. He eventually accepts and seals the deal with a sweet kiss!

Total Divas star Paige gave sports fans in Puerto Rico a major surprise on Sunday night when she dropped down to one knee inside the wrestling ring and asked boyfriend Alberto Del Rio to marry her following his WWC match.

The proposal is just another in the interesting twists and turns the couple have gone through in the past few months.

First, in August, Del Rio and Paige received dual suspensions for violating the company’s wellness policy for 30 days each. Around the time the suspension was over, in early September, there was the news that Paige had quit the company, coinciding with the news that Del Rio (who also performs under the name Alberto el Patrón) was released. News surfaced that Paige had not quit, but she was recently suspended again, this time for 60 days, for violating the company’s wellness policy a second time.

And as far as the very engagement is concerned, Del Rio is still reportedly still legally married, which could lead to another strange twist in the story of two great wrestlers
