PTET result 2017 for MDSU PTET 2017 will be declared today on May 31 at 1 pm, as per reports. The Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Ajmer is going to set a record by declaring the PTET results in 16 days time. PTET 2017 entrance exam was conducted by the University on 14th May and as confirmed by PTET Convener Prof. B. P. Saraswat, PTET result 2017 will be declared at 1 pm today. The result announcement will be made by the MDSU Vice Chancellor Prof. Kailash Sodani at the University campus, while the results will be uploaded on the official website www.ptet2017.com for students’ information.
For admissions to approximately 95 thousand seats in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course, MDSU had conducted the entrance test in May. The entrance exam was conducted in two shifts; Integrated (B.A./ B.Sc. B.Ed.) entrance test in the first shift and Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET 2017) in the second shift. Around 29,600 candidates appeared for the Integrated test, while 2, 16,000 appeared for PTET.
Based on the number of applicants, MDSU had organised the Integrated B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed. entrance test at 62 test venues, meanwhile, the PTET 2017 examination was conducted across 602 test centres. The entrance exam was conducted successfully by the University and with the result declaration scheduled for today, the admission process will kick-off soon.
As PTET 2017 result will be made available online, the candidates will be able to check their marks in the entrance test. The information about their selection status for admission in B.Ed. course will also be made available with the result. The candidates can download the mark sheet from PTET website.
Based on the PTET result, MDSU Ajmer will draw the merit list which will be used for admission purposes. The allotment of Teacher Education Institution will be made through online counselling. The detailed schedule of PTET counselling will be updated at the official website www.ptet2017.com and www.ptet2017.net shortly. A candidate will be allotted a College through online counselling on the basis of the merit in the test and as per his/her faculty, category, teaching subjects etc.
