The Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday declared the results of Senior School Certificate or Class 12 (Compartmental) Examination, 2017.

The CBSE Class 12 compartmental examination was held on Monday, July 17, for all the subjects.

In a notification issued on June 16, the CBSE had said that the probable date for the declaration of results for Class 12 compartmental examination is second week of August. The board had however, not announced any exact date for the result, and it has said that ‘no enquiries about the actual date of result will be attended to.’

In addition to the examination of the theory papers, the board also conducted practical examination for candidates who failed in practical of a subject. Candidates appearing for the compartmental examination in a subject involving practical work were required to appear in theory only in case they had passed in practical. The practical examination were held at the centre of theory examination within three days after the theory examination.
