The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has announced that the last date for submission of the application form for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 will not be extended. Candidates can apply for the exam on the official website (gate.iitg.ac.in). The last date to apply for GATE 2018 is on October 5, 2017.

IIT Guwahati has announced that due to last minute rush, the application portal may slow down which would result in payment failure and has advised that interested candidates should apply at the earliest to avoid server issues.

Candidates can seek corrections in their applications until November 17 this year by mailing the details to their respective zonal GATE office as mentioned in the application.

GATE application:

“In the email, please mention the Enrollment ID as well as nature of corrections will done along with the scanned copy of proof,” IITG said in a notification. The application fee Rs 1,500 for the unreserved category, Rs 750 for women and other reserved classes and $50 for international students.

The exam will conducted on February 3, 4, 10 and 11, 2018. The admit cards for the same will be available from January 5, 2018.
