At the age of 50, Milind Soman is running barefoot covering a distance of 570 kms from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. He started his journey from 26th July. He will complete his run over a span of week. Milind Soman is updating his fans about his current run. He ran 67 kilometers in just one day. He points out that the weather is very humid, and if you look closely, he is sweating a lot too. But that has not made him give up!

Last year he has won the Ironman triathlon championships. He completed a course of a 3.8-km swim, an 180.2-km cycle ride and a 42.2-km run in just over 15 hours. He is a national-level swimmer, the country’s first super-model and a self-confessed fitness buff, who has also been the very face of marathons in a country like India.
