SBI recruitment 2017 : The State Bank Of India (SBI) issued a notification on Tuesday for the recruitment of 41 specialist cadre officers in the state-run bank. The notification, CRPD/SCO-LAW/2017-18/06,  viewed in careers’ section of the SBI’s website.

Vacancies

Out of the 41 vacancies advertised 40 are for deputy manager (law) and one is for deputy general manager (law).

For the post of deputy manager, the selection will be based on online written test and interview. The test will conducted tentatively on November 11, 2017. The call letter of test will  uploaded on Bank’s website tentatively on October 25, 2017. The test may be held at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bangalore, Bhopal, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Jammu, Srinagar, Chennai, Madurai, Guwahati, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Vishakhapatnam, Kolkata / Greater Kolkata, Lucknow, Varanasi, Mumbai / Greater Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Dehradun, Jaipur, New Delhi/ Delhi NCR, Patna, Ranchi, Ernakulam & Trivandrum centres. selection through short listing and personal interview. Candidates will shortlisted on the basis of their qualification, experience and overall suitability for interview. The qualifying marks in interviews will decided by the SBI. The merit list will prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in the interview. The last date for receipt of hard copy of online application along with enclosures for deputy general manager post is October 10, 2017.

The online registration process and payment of fees starts September 15 and the last date for the same is October 6. Candidates can register online through link given in “Careers” section of bank’s website
